This membership is based on the FMI Toolbox, an extension that brings MATLAB and Simulink into the center of the simulation software ecosystem formed by the Functional Mock-Up Interface (FMI) open standard for tool interoperability and model exchange. The MathWorks Connections Program is available to third-party organizations that develop and distribute complementary, commercially available products and services based on [MATLAB](http://www.mathworks.com/products/matlab) and [Simulink](http://www.mathworks.com/products/simulink). These partner offerings address technical needs across a wide range of applications and industries worldwide with software and hardware products that extend the usage of MATLAB and Simulink.
