Announcing Dymola 2017Modelon
We are pleased to introduce Dymola 2017 with exciting new features and libraries
Dymola 2017 from Dassault Systèmes has been released on June 3, 2016. The key highlights are:
Modeling and simulation
- Further enhanced search and diagram component filtering capabilities make model navigation easier, especially for large and complex systems.
- Built-in support for model version management is compatible with GIT, as well as CVS and SVN. Dymola can also make a direct checkout from GitHub.
- Simulation results are easier to analyze with a new interactive measurement cursor, which allows easy inspection of multiple result points.
Functional Mockup Interface
- Performance of parallel execution of multiple FMU:s has been improved, supporting larger and more complex models.
FMI Toolbox for MATLAB/Simulink version 2.3.1 & 2.3.2
A new version of the FMI Toolbox for MATLAB®/Simulink® from Modelon is available. With version 2.3.1 you benefit from support of tunable parameters for Co-Simulation 2.0 FMUs exported from Simulink.
Support for MATLAB 2015b (with the exception of the Model Exchange targets) is now added to the toolbox, enabling the use of new MATLAB and Simulink features together with FMI technology.
What’s next? Look out for full MATLAB 2015b support and structured names for parameters in exported FMUs! Support for Global tunable parameters will also be added to the Model Exchange targets.
