Modelon Announces Strengthening of its R&D Team Dr. Hilding Elmqvist reunites with Modelon in an active leadership role as Technical Fellow.

[Translate to Japanese:] Lund Sweden– March 9, 2017.  Modelon, the premier provider of Modelica solutions for Model Based Systems Design, is proud to announce that Dr. Hilding Elmqvist, the father of the Modelica® open standard and the creator of the simulation tool Dymola®, is joining Modelon as a Technical Fellow on a part-time basis. Dr. Elmqvist has been part of Modelon’s success story since the start, as a co-founder of the company, and as a board member. With his retirement from other engagements Dr. Elmqvist is now taking an active leadership role in Modelon product R&D. In this role, he will further strengthen Modelon’s position as fore-runners of systems modeling and simulation software.
